Join the Program

Bassett Healthcare Network now offers cardiac rehabilitation in the comfort of your own home through a program called Recora. We will send you a Cardiac Recovery Kit that includes exercise equipment, a tablet with internet to join your sessions via video and health devices so nurses and cardiac therapists can monitor your activity during each session to ensure your safety. If you’ve had any heart event, heart failure, or any heart or valve surgery, you may be eligible for this program. Please complete the form if you are interested, and we'll be in touch.
